4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Broadstairs will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will not exceed the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.
